What is Free Comic Book Day?:

Free Comic Book Day began in 2002. Comic Book store owners knew that if they could only expose more people to some of the great art and stories that are being published these days in comic book format, that people would realize that there really is a comic out there for every age and taste. How better to show those unexposed future customers what they are missing than to give them FREE COMICS? The event is now in its seventh year and every year more publishers support it and more people find more great stories.
